Deathstroke is more skilled in combat and far superior to Deadpool in intelligence. That being said, Deadpool has a far better healing factor than Deathstroke. Overall I think that Slade would win but only if he was able to use his god killing sword hephaestus forged for him to kill lapetus. Also lets not forget that deadpool is a cheap marvel ripoff of deathstroke just like how marvel ripped off Darkseid with Thanos.

Yes. Because you're a fool if you think Slade's healing factor can trump Wade's OP regen. Seriously, Slade can't even grow his eye back, while Wade's come back from being completely fucking mulched. Not only that, but Wade knows from experience how to deal with enemies who can heal on par with him (namely, Carbonadium if you can get your hands on it, drowning/suffocation if you can't).

Yeah, Deathstroke is equally or more skilled and more dangerous because he'd take the fight more seriously, but Wade is basically a fucking Loony Tunes character; he instantly recovers from anything done to him and none of it even remotely hampers his functionality at all.
Slade would be chopping him to bits until he finally realized he could kill him and would just make like the Cat did and knock him down and leave.

Slade is physically stronger and vastly more intelligent (his enhanced brain thing is helpful), as well as having increased senses Wade doesn't have.
It's just that Wade gradually developed into a comedy character and so his healing powers were elevated in efficiency for the sake of slapstick humor.
