Because the film itself seemed really simple, although I enjoyed watching it both times.
Because diverse cast of 20 something cyclists looks good as a cartoon.
Because Wily biking through each episode seems like a repeatable scenario that can stay fresh and his caste can fill up the rest, every episode doesn't have to be a Wily gets chased around the city episode.
Maybe an episode can be a hitch hikes across the country episode. That's still about delivery.
