Doom kills Joker. Norman tries to manipulate Lex to kill Doom but Doom and Lex team up to kill Norman. Then Lex arranges for the Justice League to bust Doom before Doom can betray Lex.

The joker whole deal is that you don't want him near to you. He isn't powerful he is just a gigantic pain in the ass, but he also means that while someone is trying to stop him, you have more time to do your own shit.

The public face, ment to keep the world's governments off their backs and the people supporting their cause, while also building and modifying Doom's designs. He is obviously going to do a face turn and betray everyone.
>Norman
He is the patsy, he's ment to have a place on the team but really he is the fall guy in case the heroes bust them and they need someone to blame. But Stormin' Norman is the kind of wildcard that just could snap and kill his co-conspirators.
>Joker
The distraction, his ridiculous and off the wall mindset for crime is what the group calls for to keep the heroes distracted while they work about their plan. He actually has no idea about the plan or the group, just a means to an end.
Doom sees through Lex's obvious betrayal and has actually be secretly feeding Reed information on the JL, making them look like universe threatening Foes so that he could have his greatest enemy work to protect Doom's life. It ends with everyone eventually turning on Doom.

Doom tries to kill Lex, for being equally ambitious as Doom, and Joker, because fuck him. Doom recognizes that Norman would be happy in a position of power somewhat lower than Doom's intended throne and keeps him on.
Whether Lex and Joker actually die is up in the air. There's more drama if they live.
doom comes out of a pocket dimension from lex's midsection, and the joker comes out of a pocket dimension from Norm's midsection, and they all proceed to 69 with one another

In a team up? Joker, by far the loudest one, will be frontmanning the group. The chip on Osborn's shoulder will only grow larger from this fact. Also from the fact he does not have Lex's confidence or Doom's superiority complex to protect him against being constantly berated by the Joker. To his chagrin, the Joker will catch on to this very quickly and proceed to lay it on Osborn. Eventually Norman will kill the Joker while the Joker just laughs and laughs.
Lex and Doom will become aware of this and agree Norman is too much of a wild card, and unlike Joker has some aspiration for a seat of power. The three have a dinner to commemorate the passing of Joker, and proceed to poison Norman's drink.
Doom and Lex are the only ones left. Lex realizes that if he does not get a leg up on Doom he will be left in his dust or worse. Once the heroes are all gone and the world is fresh for conquering, it is hard to compete having the resources of a company against the resources of a country. However, Lex has the favor of the public eye. He is about to go on stage and expose the conditions of Latveria to mobilize a political or military movement against him. Before he has the chance to do this, while on stage Joker steps from out of the shadows. He reveals that he faked his own death, and also reveals proof of every crime Lex ever committed to his followers. Lex goes into hiding, all according to Doom's plan which he thought of between Joker faking his death and Norman meeting his. So the Joker and Doom will keep working together out of obligation until they fully realize their difference in long-terms goals. Absolute chaos for one and totalitarian obedience for the other. The two will erupt into a fatal argument over this principle, which will result in a horrible explosion or something. They either both die or both make it out alive, forgetting the other one exists and going back to their general business.

First, they kill The Joker immediately and wonder why he was included. Norman is insane, he'd probably get killed by Doom and/or Lex later.
Doom and Lex could potentially co-operate to fix the world. Lex might lose interest in Earth when he realizes Doom will just do what he was going to do anyway and then just go into space/other universes.

Lex will only follow Doom to a point where Doom slips up or out wit him and take control and toss Doom to the curb while planning to rid of Goblin(since he is a genius too). Joker maybe a problem due to fact Joker don't play well with others and Lex might use him for some small tasks before getting rid of him to. basically Lex wins...unless Doom pulls a David Blane.
