First, /co/ had to deal with the horror that was Johnny Test. The entire internet was set ablaze by lazy animation and the dreaded Whipcrack.
Then, when the dust started to settle, a new foe rose up to terrorize the masses. Teen Titans Go had taken the crown away from Johnny, and continued the reign of horror.
Now, as Teen Titans Go is ready to retire, it has found a successor. Born of mediocrity, horrible animators, and laziness masquerading as a once loved older show, Powerpuff Girls rises up!

Which is exactly why it's hated so much.
It's the same deal as Banjo Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts. They took a platforming game series and spontaneously turned it into Lego car racing. WHY?
And with Teen Titans, they took a pretty good superhero show that had a great mix of comedy, drama and action, and turned it into LOL SO RANDUMB FUNNE JOEKS MEME MEME POP CULTURE REFERENCE ECKS DEE every episode. WHY?

Nuts and Bolts' reason for being different was Conker: Fully Loaded wasn't well received, and Microsoft thought people where just bored with platformers.
Teen Titans Go, on the other hand, is still a mystery, though i think it might have to do with parents complaining the original was violent as hell.
