I'd give it a shot out of sheer nostalgia, at least. I used to love this show, but I haven't seen it in like a decade and I'm afraid I might have grown out of it.

Truly this show was the product of a bygone halcyon age
It went downhill fast when they ran out of good match ups.
So has there been any word on the status of the new season? It's been like 2 years or more since they announced it but I haven't heard anything more since then.

It stopped being actually funny and became "edgy teenagers playing with clay" after the second season. Especially when they started dropping the episodes having sub-plots like Professor Stone Cold Steve Austin's time machine and started making goofy ass pulls so they could make more violent kills instead of funny twists. But then a lot of writing staff left around that time and whoever replaced them was really shit.
