The World has an A ranger it's ability despite the range of it's boldly being 8-10 Meyers, and Star Platinum has an E range despite having the exact same ability. Stats, powers, and pretty much everything in Jojo are in the "just go with it" state.

i believe the whole meme started from a "characters that are literally you" thread featuring daffy duck in the zoot suit about a year or so ago.
it then got posted in filename threads with the filename of "Daffy's Bizarre Adventure".
after that, we had pic related made in the drawthreads, which had the creation of the thread "/co/ characters that are stand users".
there was a guy then pasting "FORCED MEME" on anything featuring the zoot suit daffy duck, with another guy editing the forced meme to spell out "LITERALLY ME". it went on for so long that it was declared an actual stand battle.

I don't like it. First off, another attempt at the Father fight that involves Scrooge physically touching CSWS, never in all of Jojo has a Stand ever been touched by a person, rather than another Stand. Only time I can imagine this happening is with Yo-Yo Ma, but that Stand is basically immune to abuse in any way. I'm not saying it's not possible for a Stand to be physically touched, but a Stand user who attempts to punch Stands himself is pretty much the most idiotic thing around, even if it is Scrooge.
Secondly, this, along with the other attempt, are not only extremely short fights, but are only won by making Father completely incompetent and having him pretty much just stand around letting Scrooge do everything. I mean really? Scrooge wins by somehow hooking CSWS with his cane and diverting it to Father? Taking into consideration the length of time during the 'fight', by the time Scrooge tries to hook CSWS, his cane would either snap like a twig, or Scrooge would get snatched up by the Stand and thrown into a wall with it. Besides, even considering if all those factors actually made sense and worked, why wouldn't Father just step out of the way?

Going on the ideas in the last thread about the Fred fight, I don't like the idea of Danny just getting a new power just for the final fight. I mean come on guys, we have so many freaking Stands that have multiple abilities, and multiple Act Stands, were using it as a cop out for coming up with actual ideas.
My suggestion is, either expand Danny's current power set to have some semblance of control over the objects in the street, or come up with some way to finish Fred with his current powers.
I'll take a crack at both ideas.
>Fred takes out S&SB and Scooby and Shaggy, putting them out of commission for the moment
>Penny vs Fred 1v1 for a while
>Eventually Penny beats Fred using her own ingenuity and tactics, she doesn't finish the fight, but she has a personal victory against him

Yeah, that was the main problem. Since Scrooge has little offensive ability, the only thing I could think of was to get Scrooge to force Father's stand to snowball out of control and turn it back on him. There's probably a better way to do it, but that's really it.

Even if the Joker doesn't know he's in a race, I feel the Joker comes with too much already. He has a lot of history, he's very iconic, and I thought we were going for characters who have something to prove or are unknowns.
If we're using Batman villains, I think some of the lesser known ones would be better.

Wally Wallechinsky from the webcomic Endtown.
We truly don't know everything about him and comes from a universe of mutated people and demons running lose
His background for this project is that he's a fusion of Tom (that darn cat) and Daffy (litterally me) and his stand being JimGod, possessing other worldly powers we don't understand.

Tankman's Stand aims it's cannon at the counter and fires (nothing shoots out of it though) and the knife is caught in it's firing range. A second knife will form alongside the original knife, and then shoot out in the same line and stabbed into you.

From there, Mr. Frensky may challenge the target to a game of Two Truths and Lie. If the target accepts, the Shammes candle ignites and the game lasts for six rounds. For each round, a candle is lit, the color of the flame denoting the winner: Green for the target, and blue for Mr. Frensky. If the target loses, 「ABSOLUTE MADNESS」 will take the target's sanity in he form of a trash bag, causing him to experience vivid hallucinations and nonsensical delusions. The garbage bag of sanity is then stored inside the dumpster. Nothing happens in the event of a stalemate.
Weaknesses: 「ABSOLUTE MADNESS」's menorah is not a lie detector but a score keeper. For part 6, Elmer Fudd and his stand should be an early game prison guard for Dora and CS to demonstrate their abilities on.
Droopy would work better as a nigh-invincible character who blocks access to certain areas from the party, and occasionally going after Jacknife to beat him up then put him back to his cell. Only when he gets kissed by Jessica Rabbit (whom Droopy has a secret crush on, and the party invites her after earning the redhead gang's favour and eavesdropping on Droopy's lament) does he turn sides and lets the party go their way so he and Jessica can go on a date.
Vicky should be a late boss encounter, whose stand makes occasional encounters with the party early in part, but only when the party amasses full strength do they encounter Vicky face-to-face with all her drones especially her "fifth" in one place before they go after Judge Dredd/The Warden, though little do they know that Vicky has a little surprise for them...

It raises a lot of questions. Why's Tom there? Assuming two years have passed between parts 3 and 5, why hasn't Taffy heard of Jerry's death already? Is Tom even in 5? Why's the waitress suddenly pulling guns on people? I mean it's confusing enough that I guess it could work but at the moment I could go either way on it.
Had a few minutes on hand so I decided to finally pen up that idea for Scott.
Character: Scott Pilgrim
Stand Name: 「PLUMTREE」or 「BOUFF」 [Machinae Supremacy song]
Appearance: A large gnarled voxel-style tree with a round digital counter
Ability: Scott's stand activates when both he and the opponent either agree to or mutually hold the idea of 「FIGHTING」 each other. The tree is spawned and with it each fighter gains an 「HP BAR」. While the bar is active, both combatants become limited to a 5 meter radius of one another and the timer in the tree begins to count down. For the duration of the timer, neither opponent nor user shall receive lasting damage from attacks, even if normally fatal, but an amount of 「HP」 proportional to the strike is removed from their bar. Should one of the fighter's bars completely deplete, they are considered the loser and all of the stored damage is applied at once. If the bout surpasses 90 seconds, the effect is then given to whichever fighter has the lower amount of HP. If the HP are equivalent, the Stand considers the bout a wash, returning them to the state before combat, unharmed.
Essentially, it's an ability that forces both Scott and his opponents onto even ground. He could be pretty useful in part 4, I think.

If their meeting is still in Old Country, then a group of cats try to mug them. They don't know about Tom, and they do not fear him. Taffy shows off his stand. Although it is probably hair from one of the cats' body being turned into cheese. And they do get their milk and cheese after their fight.

So apparently Scrooge has some problems with offense. If it would make things easier should we just give Scrooge's Stand an actual Punchghost form that can only manifest when certain conditions are met or something? Or maybe he has it as a last resort kind of deal because it saps away his own personal assets when it hits things? (Basically it would be an absurdly powerful punchghost but Scrooge has to pay for any damages it causes to its surroundings)
I remembered there was this one bit of writefaggotry about Scrooge awakening his Stand that described it punching some thugs trying to rob him (evidently they didn't read the docs) and I imagined the dime sprouting a huge muscular torso and going to town on them. Not sure if anyone else finds that funny or just stupid. It could always be the Gizmoduck suit or something I guess.
I honestly can't think of any other way for Scrooge to be able to fight Father with the abilities he currently has. I'm not sure if the anon who was going to try writing it managed to figure something out yet but maybe they could consider this idea if it doesn't sound too much like a cop-out.

Not that Beck anon but I did have a stand idea that also relies on technology.It downloads information from the Internet, stuff like information of its surroundings and its opponent. Given the sheer size of the Internet, this gives the stand technically infinite growth potential.
However, there is a hard limit on how much information can be downloaded and stored. When this limit has been reached, the stand will have to delete downloaded information, which will then be forgotten by both stand and user and cannot be redownloaded for a period of time. Likewise the user can choose to delete data to free up space even if the limit has not yet been reached.Although the stand can maninfest in the real world, a significant chunk of it stays in the limbo between data and matter, therefore its physical abilities are limited. Initially the stand could upload itself, its user and a chosen target to cyberspace (returning to its home turf so to speak) but that's probably too OP

Well something similar to that did come to mind (My version was if Scrooge held the dime in his fist it would allow that hand to hit Stands), but the critique from this anon >>81579403 made me wonder if it was the best solution.
Strapping the dime to his fist like a sort of brass knuckle does sound like a creative solution to being unable to hit Stands that Scrooge would come up with, but to me it still somehow seems like a flimsy explanation for him being able to do it. Not to mention it still wouldn't really fix the issues with the current potential scripts for the fight.
If we're on the topic of Scrooge VS Father though, how exactly would Father fight apart from just standing there and letting his Stand handle everything? I don't think its that out of character for him to do that (Basically he would just toss something at his Stand and just let it charge all over the place), though I admit that him just allowing the Stand to hit him like in Beard's script might be a bit of a lame way to go.
The Dime Headed Punchghost seems like it would open a lot more options for how the fight would go, like Scrooge gets bowled over again and again by [CAN'T STOP] until he gets injured or immobilized. In this desperate situation Scrooge finally decides that he has no choice but to use [THAT] ability of his Stand. The Punchghost would then knock [CAN'T STOP] all over the place like in Beard's Script, then maybe hold Father in place so the Stand crashes into him (unless an anon can come up with a better way for the fight to end maybe?).
Then once everything is said and done the Punchghost helps Scrooge to his feet and the receipt pops out of its chest, sending Scrooge into a comatose state so he can't help with the rest of the fights.

Appearance: Act 1 takes the appearance of a bunch of of smaller versions of Tankmen riding tanks. Act 2 is the Chainsaw Dad and the final act, Act 3 is Tom Fulp himself.
Abilities: The tanks the tankmen are riding in act 1 have the powers listed here >>81581108 The tankmen themselves have the [WOOT ALL MY 5 ARE BELONG TO THIS!] which unleashes an onslaught of the number 5. When [WOOT ALL MY 5 ARE BELONG TO THIS] hits someone, it will heal them.
Act 2:
[NOT BAD, IN FACT I LIKE IT] is the ability of [BLAM]'s 2nd act. When [BLAM] feels neutral, he will feel obliged to go on a [RAMPAGE]. This is where Chainsaw Dad summons a deadly chainsaw to use in combat. Chainsaw Dad can also shoot off the chain off of the chainsaw once in a fight. His chainsaw will be far less powerful if it's fired.
Act 3:
[BLAM] will look at an enemy to see how well they are performing in the fight. If they are performing well, this stand will be an average punch ghost. If they aren't though, [BLAM] gains the ability [BLAM THIS PIECE OF CRAP] where it can cause a small explosion wherever it points at. This can only be used every 20 seconds and if it misses, well Tankman might as well be screwed since his main power is not going to be in action.

That was before we fleshed out the LHC such that the Princesses are lower level members while Hector, Father, Cruella and Mr.Burns are the leaders. The Princesses get taken down earlier on in the story by the Detective group. This fight between Scrooge and Father is part of the Conmen group's final battles of the Part.

Well, sub-abilities were never really too rare. It makes sense that some Stands only do one thing really well, while others do many things but not as effectively as they could if they were focused on just that. I went through the Stand list, and in all of Jojo theres only about nine Stands that count towards 'sub-abilities' The rules of Stands aren't concrete, but it's a general rule of thumb that Stands only have one ability, and if it does actually have sub-abilities, they relate to it's base ability. Stands practically never have multiple powers.

I don't think we should have Dipper and Mabel in part 4 since Stan is already a major player, and his time would get wrapped up trying to keep them out of trouble.
They could be mentioned by Stan while talking with Scrooge or Gadget and they all realize they have nieces or nephews they've risked it all to protect.
