I imagine it's extremely difficult and tedious to actually catch a pokemon that knows teleport like in the games.
In the games at least it's actually difficult for people other than your characters to train/raise pokemon as well.

not alot of suicide bombers, lightning quick disembowelments, and vore and crush fetish in noir
