The Outsider clans? Nope. Guggenheim wrote a wildly shitty run that tried to remove Ollie's cast and replace it with Felicity and Mia. Percy threw out everything Guggenheim was doing, brought back Fyff and Emiko, but didn't do anything about the Outsiders or the Rogues Gallery that Lemire set up in Richard Dragon, Red Dart, Vertigo, and Clock King so he could write his yiff comic starring Bludhaven's favorite rapist.
