I think it was re-watching a season 1 episode randomly that made me really contemplate dropping the show. The directing, choreography, and lighting looked so much better that it made me realize how far the show has fallen in quality. It went from a competent Batman Begins/Lost/Robin Hood ripoff to straight up Power Rangers (and not in a good way).
The show used to have such engaging twists and cliffhangers, and now it's just fucking Felicity shit and the flashbacks are pointless. Some of the best characters they created were just yanked away to a spinoff or killed because of movie reasons. Imagine if the show still featured Deathstroke, Huntress, Deadshot, Katana, Roy, Ray (as Blue Beetle), Capt Boomerang, or Sara (the real Canary).
I think if Felicity was gone I could be convinced to stick around next season. Maybe Curtis really will replace her. I miss Roy too. At least I still have the Flash and Legends of Tomorrow. Hopefully Connor Hawke will join next season so I can enjoy a little GA.

At this point I'm hoping they actually kill Laurel so I can drop the show for good, instead of half-heartedly following along in the vain hope that maybe they can turn things around
