I don't know much about Rogue but her early stuff starting with her first appearance in Avengers Annual #10 was good. It was a well done redemption story since no one trusted her right away. I can't remember the issue numbers off the top of my head but this is from #171 when she first joins the team so her appearances are pretty constant from that point on. The new two in particular feature her and Wolverine working as a team despite his extreme dislike of her.

Mike Carey's run features her heavily. It's kind of tricky to list because it is broken up by crossovers, title changes and the fact that it is the 2nd longest consecutive run by an X-writer after Claremont. It starts in X-men volume 2 issue 188 in a post-House of M setting and runs until right after Schism. I know Rogue leads the team in the beginning and the end of the run, not too sure about the middle.
