Wrecked Angle is a Lucky Star power affects its target, so it's "applied outward" and thus Poppy's immune to it. Boris' Ego Trip (was it called like that?) is in contrast a Lucky Star that affects its user, making him physically stronger.
Problem is, being immune to Wrecked Angle is worse than being vulnerable to it because, while it can't bend you, it can bend your clothes, and unlike those vulnerable (who will bend alongside their clothes), those immune will not and that means broken bones, just like we saw in their first encounter.
Everyone is expecting a rematch with Poppy fighting Fazzi butt naked, as if that meant an easy win, but all Fazzi needs to break her neck in that situation is laying or wrapping the simplest piece of clothing in her possession on Poppy, then bending it.
