I got mine already, backed him on Kickstarter. There was a short preview for a follow-up to World of Tomorrow on it.

Does the Blu-ray contain everything on the Volume 2 DVD or should I order that as well?

I'm not sure if "It's Such a Beautiful Day" on the blu-ray is the combined film including EVERYTHING WILL BE OK and I AM SO PROUD OF YOU
