Got ya danny phamtom
I'll post more on the morning if the thread is still alive.
>>81403746
PHB was in the right here.
>>81403746
This new Web 2.0 site layout is awful. I took about five minutes to find the archive (down the bottom, past the comments).
I find it funny cause I work in IT. It's true so many of upper management decisions are made cause of something they heard in a trade show or a vendor told them. Without really understanding the technology at all. To make it more modern just replace SQL with Cloud.
>>81404521
For the wrong reasons though. He was still retarded it was just that Dilbert's coworkers were just as retarded,
>>81404668
i dont know what a sql database is or what color ram is best...am i dilberts boss?
>>81405353
No. We don't really have any use for shit like SQL or RAM anymore. That's more late-90's/early-00's shit.
>>81405353
Nope, the PHB is the fool that doesn't know that he knows nothing.
>>81403836
I remember this one. Kek'd really hard at the time, not so sure why I found it so funny now.
>>81403836
Back up senpai.

Better quality m8
Dick from the Internet is the best new character. He's every SJW and swarmfag rolled into one.
>>81409867
yeah although this is one of his weaker stips
>>81409961
>>81410131
Noriko is one character I wanted to see more of 15 years ago... or how ever long ago that strip and the ones after it came out.
>>81409867
Why did their clothes change?
>>81410046
If he was truly prophetic Adams would have seen that we wouldn't even be using physical papers anymore.
Does anyone here still use them?
>>81410036
kek
>>81410279
I dunno. I don't get the newspaper anymore since they got rid of comics and movie reviews, so I don't follow Dilbert every day.
Dilbert just doesn't look right without his tie.
>>81410036
>wow
That's pretty accurate. Don't know why the sjw's have to start every angry comment with it, but they do.
>>81410399
wow, how can you stereotype SJW like that, you shitlord?
>>81410046
I hate how they colored in all the old mon-sat strips. It just looks wrong.
Luckily I still have books of them in b&w.
>>81405353
Nah don't worry about it. It's all about the cloud now.
>>81410485
>Dilbert is the one (accidentally) playing hard to get
Never thought I'd see the day.
>>81404668
My dad had this one framed and on his work desk when I was 8.
I remember being really frustrated for some reason cause I didn't get what any of it meant.
>>81410485
I've... I've actually done that... Been so bored on a date I started sorta-coding in my head.
>>81406761
I'm a recruiter and I routinely get jobs for SQL experience all the time.
>>81406761
>We don't really have any use for shit like RAM anymore
>>81403746
I wonder if the creator of Dilbert ever saw Cboyardee's Dilbert videos?
>>81410616
And RAM is always used.
>>81410655
Yeah, his response was only that Dilbert's shirt pocket is on the wrong side.
that time Alice killed PhB and then he was substituted by an alternate reality version of himself
Remember when Adams got triggered by these?
>>81409718
This
>>81410609
I sometimes do that when I'm not even bored.
When I've been working on some piece of shit problem all day and haven't been able to solve it by the end of the day, it's like my brain just refuses to stop and I'll just be going on and on no matter what I'm doing at the moment.
>>81406761
The problem with neo/co/ is that there's still 51% chance you are serious when posting this.
>>81404582
There is more truth in panels three and four than I can possibly stomach
who /f minus/ here?
>>81409867
>swarmfag
What?
>>81410279
It's been over 10 years since this one was published. Damn.
>another uninspired meta comic
>annoyed pepe.jpg
>>81411007
Nope, tell us more.
Who else here couldn't stand that fuck-awful tv show?
>2016
>still reading the 3-paneled syndicated Jew
>>81411422
Reverse-SJWs.
>>81411302
It's gotten kind of tired lately, but the golden age of 2008-2012 is the funniest comic I've ever read.
>>81413187
>stormies are reverse sjws

>>81412965
i didn't hate it but it was rather irrelevant to the comic
>>81411007
That's probably cause they were reusing his own comics but changed the dialogue. It's kind of like how the Garfield Randomizer ran into some legal trouble since it was basically lifting the comics.
By contrast, he was fine with CBoyardee's videos, which didn't reuse his comics.

Hey what skills do you see that are in hot demand right now that are hard to fill? Trying to get some insider info since just googling stuff like that usually takes you to sales people.
>>81410279
To have the comic up to date. Almost all major businesses have casual dress code. No one really dresses up for work anymore. Heck I can go to work in shorts and a t-shirt with sandals, that how lack big business dress codes are.

No kidding.

He went and did an entry months later about tells for cognitive dissonance, which went into his thoughts on it further:
>Tell 1: Wow
>When a pundit or stranger on the Internet starts a comment with “Wow,” as if shocked by an opinion, that is a tell for cognitive dissonance. That is anger disconnected from reason. People who have reasons for disagreeing offer them right away, because doing so is the strongest counter-argument. “Wow” usually indicates you are feeling persuasion that violates your self-image as a person with smart opinions.
>The “wow” tell is a specific example of…
>Tell 2: No specific criticism
>When you see objections without reasons, as in “That is the dumbest idea of all time” it is a tell for cognitive dissonance. To be fair, some things are legitimately dumb. So this tell is less conclusive than “wow,” as far as I can tell.
