2nd Cree Summer was spotted in a Lupin III Jazz concert hinting about Elmyra being in the show.
3rd, The project started producted at that time and TMS started animation in July of that year, high quality cartoons take 8 to 12 months to make 1 episodes explaining why TMS barely did anything on Blue Jacket themselves.
4th, Tom Ruegger's unit left Disney after pre-production of 7D was finished, otherwise he would not been reposting hints about new Animaniacs episodes.
