I liked it, although I pretended not to, because it was for girls and I didn't want my mother thinking I was a faggot. It was before puberty hit me, too, so it didn't occur to me that she might think I was just watching it for the girls(which I wasn't, at the time anyway).

I admit, Alex >= Clover >= Sam
I like certain traits of each girl (looks and personality) but Alex and Clover just had more "punch" than another red haired girl did when thinking of other redheads in media.
