You've got good, clean linework and the gradient is nice.
The main thing here is construction- each part of the body should be thought of as a shape with three dimensions. By creating these shapes, you can more easily understand the relationship of different body parts.
If your drawing program allows it, abuse the shit out of layers. I'll do a rough/gesture layer, the a shapes layer, then a definition layer, and then the linework. It's a bit more effort, but the final product will looks much better.
The main things that need work are the anatomy and perspective. These go hand-in-hand in creating a more believable piece. One Anon mentioned the feet, but I noticed that the sideways angle extends to the legs as well. Also, the thumb of the right hand is on the wrong side.
Anyway, keep it up! I've posted some of my stuff around, but these threads could use more drawfriends- requests seem to liven up the conversation.

That's Finn's problem. All the girls he's gone for have been way too active. He doesn't need another adventuring companion like Jake's parents had with each other, he has Jake for that.
The only relationship that's worked out for Finn was with Roselinen, a simple pillow girl that was willing to be his wife and passively be there for him through it all. Norms aside, Finn's the kinda guy who needs a wife, not a woman. Someone who will stay at home and hold down the fort while he's off for possibly days at a time adventuring, then will be there to help him unwind and hear tales of his glory on his return.

The crown always grants a wish. For Gunther, it turned him into what he saw Evergreen as. For Santa, it probably allowed him to make the children of the world happy. For Simon, it... Wait.

Just watched Stakes, last two episodes were really weak but overall I enjoyed it a lot.
Loved the tarot themed vampires, their designs and their take on the different vampire lores, and how they tooke the chance to show more on Marceline's, Simon's, and human's backstory. Having a Marceline centric episode with PB or Simon as side characters instead of being another main character was something I missed a lot from this series, it felt like older AT episodes to me. These episodes were all I expected from Marceline's comic and I didn't get.
Hope they make more stuff like these, because in my opinion it has been the best episodes AT has had in the last 2 seasons

With Huntress Wizz it seems at first Finn was only friends with Huntress Wizz but then it turns out he spent the entire episode trying to get a girl back together with her ex-boyfriend. Don't know how to feel about that as you could say there's nothing innately wrong with that.
Hall of Egress was to me just another "Finn torture episode" which once again is not innately a bad thing as they happened earlier and just fine. I just don't like the format of the new ones and the torture was a bit too dark.

Finn and Jake are up to their old hobbies: venturing into remote wildernesses and vanquishing dungeons. Along the way, Finn and Jake crest a hill and see the Dungeon Train behind them. It’s a moment early on in the episode that references some of Finn’s darkest times, post-Flame Princess breakup and pre-deadbeat father Martin. In “Dungeon Train,” Finn numbed his emotional frustrations on an endless dungeon-crawling, loot-grabbing loop (like an RL Diablo III simulator) that preyed on his sense of accomplishment with achievement-tokens. “Hall of Egress” is an episode in the same vein, using vintage gaming tropes to illustrate an oblique fact of life.
But where Jake was there to ground him in “Dungeon Train,” Finn faces the Hall of Egress alone. A stray step triggers a trap in the dungeon foyer (Finn speaks truth: it’s thoroughly rude to put a trap in the foyer) sealing the entrance before Jake can join him. Through the entrance, he finds himself in a room with an upside down snowman and a large hatchway marked ‘Hall of Egress.’ After some tinkering around, Finn figures out that the door allows passage only if your eyes are closed, but after which point, you’ve gotta feel your way through the dungeon beyond. Opening his eyes in the dungeon, however, causes him to revert back to his ‘save point’ in front of the door. To get through, Finn does what anyone who’s played Etrian Odyssey (or similar dungeon-mapping games) would do: he starts to assemble a map, using data gleaned from multiple forays into the dungeon.

Consequently, Finn’s forced to abandon his well-meaning friends and venture into the world, blind and abjectly lonely, to explore the dungeon in blind circles until something ‘feels different.’ He eventually reaches a stream, where he abandons his clothes and severs a loose thread that got caught on a bush a while back, so that Jake can’t find him and make him open his eyes again. With the cutting of the thread, Finn commits to his mission fully, in recognition that there is no traceable way back or forward.

After surviving on skunks and traveling across forests, lavascapes, and deserts, he finds his way back to the Hall of Egress within the Hall of Egress. This time, however, Finn does not trigger the same trap waiting for him, and instead of falling down a ledge like the first time, he finds a ramp leading down. It’s a thoroughly frustrating moment, the slow realization that this might have all been avoided if he hadn’t triggered the trap, sealed himself in, broken the rampway, etc., but such is life, as vintage gaming tropes try to teach us. Once he reaches the impenetrable hatchway again, he realizes something is finally different: he can’t pass through with his eyes closed this time. He unravels his triple layer of blindfolds, and steps through a blinding light into a dungeon in the sky.
Finn sees Jake on the other side, and sprints to him now, with a cryptic voiceover from Princess Bubblegum: “At the seashell’s center lies the cornucopia’s smallest door.” Up until now, Finn’s efforts must’ve felt dishearteningly circular, realizing that the dungeon shifts with every iteration, that his friends can’t understand his ordeal, and that he might never escape. But it wasn’t a circle at all, it was a spiral, a tortuous path that felt pointless and endless all the way through, but spirals, thankfully, have centers. Finn breaks through the dungeon at last, and grabs Jake in a spinning hug.
To wayward viewers, “The Hall of Egress,” like the best episodes in the series, is a statement of unparalleled care and understanding. The series continues to map out all the neuroses and demons we share, so that the journey might not feel so danged circular, pointless, and most of all, lonely.
Just started watching this series after years of ignoring people's recommendations for it. The fandom and what I had heard about the show was a huge turn off.
Holy shit was I wrong about the actual show. I'm finishing up season 3 after watching the series for like an entire day. I don't know how the fuck people can say this series went to shit after season 2. If anything it seems to just be getting better and better, and it still hold up with a heavy dungeons and dragons feel to it.

Finn and Jake are swell guys who have always been my favorite but really I like all of them. It's nice when the stars are your favs though.
As one of the people who think the show went downhill, it's a very gradual slope that isn't really apparent until later. Even then I still think the show's very good, otherwise I wouldn't still be watching, but I feel there was a decline from the early 3 seasons.

The series is excellent and matures as it goes along while keeping the original feel. It's a shame CN is restricting the show to 1 hour a week on Saturday night.
If I were a wizard, I'd be a gun wizard. I'd use my magic gun powers to make guns out of not guns. I'd make guns that shot out littler guns, and I would combine guns to make bigger guns. I would use a gun to hammer this picture of a gun, then pour myself a box of guns with some gun milk and eat it with my gun. Truly, I would be the most feared of wizards in Ooo because I'd charge people for two tickets to the gun show wherever I go. Anyone who refuses to pay...BANG! They become a gun that can shoot milk from their nose!

Angel Face was really good, I generally like BMO episodes, and it was cool bringing Me-Mow back. The Empress Eyes I feel was probably the weakest Stakes episode, but that being said it was still really good. Also really liked Blank-Eyed Girl, it legitimately scared the shit out of me. Didn't really care for Scamps though.

Empress Eyes was kind of boring and had that terrible song, but they handled the Empress character herself pretty well. Was okay.
Blank Eyed Girl was really dumb to me, they needed to establish why Finn and Jake were so scared of the girls. They just wanted to make a lazy Japanese horror movie episode. That and Xayaphone's disgusting character expressions and movements were on full display that episode.
Scamps was decent enough for me, I liked it. Seeing Finn in that role was fun, the candy kids and their scamming gimmick made for decent one note characters, and it had some decent jokes. Probably too slow and plodding but I was alright with it.
Really not sure what's gonna happen with Don't Look.

No Finn killed Jake indirectly because he bumped into Grod who let go of the want by accident because of Finn hitting him with a chair. Finn caused Jakes death, and they actually stopped the execution of Jake because Jake said he had a real friend who would miss him. Had Finn just went up and talked to them Abraham Lincoln would still be alive and well.
