According to the wiki, Feferi has 3 conversations in Act 5 Act 1 and two with Jade in Act 5 Act 2. She's also present in two memos briefly in A5A2 and has some speaking lines in Past Karkat wake up and Kanaya return to the core. She has not spoken a word in Act 6 at all, only emoted.
