This cartoon is just abysmal - everybody agreed about that in the last thread - but I still really like this character. It's a shame she's wasted in such a mediocre cartoon. Her design looked better in the concept art, but her voice and mannerisms still carry her.

It's a full series, but the episodes can only be found online in French and Arabic at the moment.

This girl is in the show as well, but her defining characteristic is wearing short shorts. Her personality is pretty generic.
