Well Stan always thought Gwen was hot so that's a no brainer. As for Francine I get the feeling Gwen would be the more assertive of the two since she's more at ease with the idea of getting kinky with her half sister than Francine is.
For Hayley/Gwen, I imagine they would start to bond as friends by hitting up nightclubs.
