well I was thinking Stan/Stacie's experiences as a woman have led her being a little more self aware about this sort of thing, plus I was thinking Francine's kinda become the more dominant parent since Stan become a woman, so Stacie defers to her to some extent, but you do have a point(and some good ideas)

New question, how early would the story start? Would it come in with Steve meeting Devin and Stan already being a woman or would it start with Stan making his decision, have some things happen (like Roger and Klaus going on an adventure) before Steve meets Devin and becomes a girl?

I like this, Stan not really knowing how a f/f relationship should work and Francine taking charge (in the home//bedroom/dealing with the kids at least)
Also if it's not going to start with Steve taking the pills then a mix of the three might work, have a bit of character development with Stan, Steve takes the pills and leads to a confrontation about how Stan doesn't like it, but does like Steve's doing it for a girl, and Francine sides with Steve eventually leading to Stan going along with it
