Avengers is literally the other end of the spectrum of shit from BvS. It is everything people make fun of in the MCU. It is literally nothing but quips and its success was powered by hype and nothing else.

ASM2 was a pos that spent its last 30 minutes being a commercial for the upcoming movies.
IM2 spent the whole time developing the rest of the universe and having whiplash be an afterthought that was taken care of relatively quickly.
Deadpool was well received because it just let them go all out with their ideas without worrying about setting up their next batch of movies.
Avengers AoU was just a buncha whippy dialogue that didn't even make sense, just filler for the last set of movies.
CA:WS had actual consequences and bucky's arc was well done for future installments. Fury actually had a good scene in it.
BvS goes the route that ASM2 went, too bad, a little competition is better for everyone since they'll have to try harder. Hopefully Deadpool ignites some fires to get better shit out there.

I disagree. It was satisfying because of the way the individual characters' arcs were set up over the course of the movie, and came to emotional conclusions in the final battle. Like the Hulk showing that he could be more than just a rage monster like they thought he was, when he saved Iron Man from falling. And Iron Man showing that he could be more than a narcissistic playboy when he took a nuke through a portal to space to save a city full of people. And Captain America showed that he could be more than a forgotten hero of another age, when he saved a whole lobby of civilians from execution, and one of them said "Captain America saved my life." That's why it worked, IMO.

That's the sort of message MCU movies send. No, not that they're only made for children before you play that card, but they are things that inspire people of all ages to want to watch them.
