Spectacular Spider-Man, Avengers Earth's Mightiest Heroes, and maybe Wolverine and The X-Men.
Everything else is utter dogshit with a large chunk only good for nostalgiafagging yet last almost always 4 seasons.
X-men cartoon never had a conclusion. What happened to Prof X's brother? He never made an appearance again after that 1 episode when the other guy takes over his body.

As a kid, I enjoyed Evo more than either of them. I don't think I know anyone who watched and liked JLU as a kid, the DC shows everyone watched were B:TAS and Beyond.
I don't think I've watched either in over a decade. I watched the usual suspects of popular anime (GitS, Bebop, Mushishi, etc) through my teens and I've never really felt the need to go back to stuff like Evo or JLU or Beyond when I did start to rediscover western cartoons. There's other stuff out there.
