She just starts telling me about how she hung out with the Nazis as a kid in WWII, how the only reason she left her home country of France was because she ended up having an abortion, and when I asked why she had a baby before meeting my grandfather (I was really young at the time I don't know why I asked that) she tells me about how my grandfather has an exwife in Germany with an entire other family of children I have never met nor even heard of. I asked my mom if that was all true and while she wondered why the fuck my grandma decided to unload all that shit on me she never denied it.
I can never watch that fucking episode without thinking about an aborted baby from the 50s and my secret family of distant relatives living in Germany.
