/co/ has always held this film in high regard. It's a very good film.
The only caution /co/ gives is for Hellblazer readers not to expect the Constantine they read in the comics. The movie is a different take on the character but still delivered well with amazing performances from Djimon Hounsou, Tilda Swinton, and Peter Stormare.
