also, it turns out that the decision to replace the original powerpuffs wasn't personal, it was purely a creative design decision, and it was across the entire board, as jennifer hale will return to voice Ms keane and Sedusa, but not princess Moorbucks

The Mayor might have just replaced Ms Bellum at the start of the episode and winds up rehiring her at the end of it all though.
