The other is Hunter Zolomon who got hurt while Wally West was fighting Grodd he got butt hurt that Wally wouldn't use the cosmic treadmill to prevent his injury due to comic book magic he became the New reverse flash.

Anon have you tried reading Spidey? It's kind of like a Spider-Man cartoon but in comic form. I only read the first issue and thought it was okay. You might not like that it's high school Pete again.
