Well, Widow > Mockingbird = May is about established. Mockingbird might have the edge for being bigger and having fancier weapons. Elektra is a bit harder, since there's nothing to compare them. I'd put her about equal to May and Mockingbird. Window kind of has to be the strongest to justify her place in the Avengers. Even if she's had worse fight choreography.
