I love Flash but let's be real, it's often thinly written and prone to repetition. Most of the melodrama with the supporting cast is not very well done. It's lifted up by the inclusion of veteran tv actors like Tom Cavanagh and Jesse L Martin, but the women are painfully underwritten and it's intentionally quite episodic.

Daredevil has the budget and with season 2 had ironed out a lot of the shortcomings from the first season. The dialog is laced with subtext, the characters have focus and drive, the subplots are better integrated into the story, and the framing of when and how characters appear is better planned.
Elodie Yung had shined as Elektra from her first scene and Bernthal's scenes with Punisher were perfectly done in-character.

Yeah. Lot more pathos and emotion to rawness to him. It benefits from having an established hero to bounce ideology off of, as well as the time to explore him in different situations.
Also, he's amuchbetter actor, in my opinion, although maybe Jane didn't have the writing to show it off.
