Why is Raven eternally stuck on the teen titans redoing the Terror of Trigon over and over again?
Dick, Wally, and even fucking Starfire seem to be able to grow up and have their own material outside of the Titans.

Pair her up with The Spectre and Ragman. That's some serious edge, but I think Ragman can actually add some humor to the mix that tempers it a little. And of course, they would all kind of hate each other but have to work together anyway.

I've always liked Malchior
Granted I'm not sure what stories there should be about him after he becomes a dragon. Unless he has the power to shapeshift and chooses to look human for the sake of integration into the modern world and understanding it.
Over time he becomes a powerful figure (either corporate or criminal, maybe both) and becomes a villain who is personally powerful (he's a dragon), politically powerful (corp/crime boss), mystically powerful, knows how to manipulate Raven's heart, and can back Raven's new rogue gallery with funds and/or motivation (why is blingblong the brit trying to kill Raven? Oh, Malchior paid him)

Well that and, like I said, I always liked him. It was one of my favourite TT episodes so why not bring him over?
Could have some nice scenes of him forcing Raven into moments of slight intimacy too instead of Raven forcing people (example: they're both at a ball for some reason, perhaps to see an ancient mystical relic, and Malchior forces her into a dance number with him as, after all, he has an entire ballroom's worth of people hostage.
Have her get away from everyone and have her do occult detective work. Maybe in England, or France.
Give her a more appealing costume.
Give her some villains unaffiliated with Trigon.
