Look at the facts; Alex couldn't stand being apart of the Disney family due to their management and broadcast styles.
Wander wasn't a big hit either. While the show had its moments, it wasn't popular enough to warrant a third season.
Be grateful that either show had a second season and wasn't treated like Symbiotic Titan. Yes, I went there. I didn't care for the show, but dammit that is the lowest of low blows a network could do to a show.

That has always been the biggest of irritations for how Disney threw all of their live-action or cartoons onto Disney XD. Hardly anyone pays for the channel and the subscription pull isn't sufficient enough to justify the channel.
I recall when Disney would air new episodes of GF on XD and then re-air them on Disney. For a few broadcasts, the Disney channel ratings would triple the XD ones. For obvious reasons of course.
