I suspect that while Spider-Man wears this costume at some point in the film, he might not be wearing it during this scene. It could be that he's wearing a different, Stark-provided costume (Iron Spider?) at this point in the film and he only switches to the familiar red and blue outfit at a later point.
There's a scene in the first (Sam Raimi) Spider-Man movie where Peter (chasing the crook who's just killed Uncle Ben) leaps onto the front of the car he's escaping in. In the finished film Peter's wearing his proto-Spider-Man wrestling costume - but in the pre-release trailer the same clip showed him wearing his final Spider-Man costume. I'm wondering if they've done something similar here - changed the costume just for the trailer to give a better 'reveal' of the MCU Spider-Man.
