This stuff's always good for a laugh, but surreal humor and absurdity wears out its welcome fast. There are a few that get me every time, though

"Surreal" isn't the word I would apply to his stuff. It's more like a world where murder, pedophilia, bestiality, and the like are regarded with casual acceptance and a smile on everyone's face. The situations themselves are not overly absurd, but the surreality is purely in that the characters find the situations normal.

this reminds me, what's the one really edgy comic where a guy is married to a horrifying mass of flesh? he has sex with it and tells his son to fuck off or something. the same artist also did a comic where aliens transform an entire family into abominations. it looks like the simple art you see on the MAD cartoon
