Geoff Johns recently spoke to Entertainment Weekly and elaborated on the role Robin's suit would play in Batman V Superman.
"We’ll be exploring that. No one says specifically the name of which Robin that is."
He also said that the identity of the Robin will not be revealed during the film.

It WAS an easter egg, because in the Comic Con trailer, you can see that tombstone in the same scene as the Wayne funeral. Meaning it can't be Dick. Everybody knows it's Jason. There's no logical reason for it to be Dick.

They said when it was announced she had been cut, that her character isn't one that people have been saying (it isn't Barbara Gordon or Carrie).
If Carrie was in BvS, she's not played by Jena Malone. It will probably be Jason Todd
