Marvel already proved they have no idea how to handle Thor, and his mythos is already butchered beyond repair. Oa was gorgeous, The alien designs were awesome, and the fact that hals suit looked like an actual alien construct were great. It's still a bad movie, but it was at least still better than Thor. Again, Thor didn't have a single fucking thing going for it.

Flawless logic. Green Lantern was a bastardization of the source material when the source material wasn't that fucking hard to pull off. Hal was a gigantic asshole and we were supposed to root for him. The villain was dumb and forgettable and on the same level of dumb as Galactis in Fantastic 4. The suit was CG when it shouldn't have been CG in the first place so they shot themselves in the foot financially. The constructs looked terrible, like Scooby Doo Movie levels of bad. The editing, pacing and scene transitions looked like it was done by a freshman art school student. I could go on.
Thor wasn't perfect, but at least it wasn't a castration in terms of story telling and character building. Putting random pieces together doesn't make a coherent story, which Green lantern did.
