For his powerset he'd have to be a metahuman, instead of some guy with tech. Maybe at first have him learning how they work, like him dipping his hand into mirrors/reflective surfaces. His first on screen murder would have to be something cool like telekinetically causing a mirror to shatter and the shrapnel flies and kills someone. Having him do copies of himself is kinda dumb and we've already seen that with multiplex.

Actually, now that I think about it, he might make for a good villain for Season 3. Because of his powers, only Cisco could detect him.
