Tone Bell has joined the cast of The CW's THE FLASH as Scott Morgan, the brash new editor-in-chief of Central City Picture News and Iris' new boss. "Devoted to hard journalism, Evans will push Iris and all his reporters to dig deeper into their stories and report the truth about what’s really happening in Central City." Morgan's initially tense relationship with Iris gradually becomes a mutual attraction and eventually a romantic relationship, complicated by the fact Morgan views the Flash as a "phony" and blames him for Central City's recent woes, which he makes public through the newspaper.
Bell will have a multi-episode story arc.
