I read that comic and it's a What-If Clark was raised by the Waynes but instead of being Batman he became Superman in Gotham (I can't recall but I think he stops his parents' murder in this comic).
Basically he was Kal-El who was raised as Bruce Wayne minus the bagagge and later he becomes Superman also he's kissing Barbara Gordon in this.
The other thing us that I think he has glasses in this but they were shooped out.
