Because one accident in childhood his retina suffered injury, making the iris really small, causing the illusion one eye is a different color from another. Part of his eye sight got compromised in the process, which Bowie used in his advantage creating on purpose rumors he was actually one-eyed blind, putting tons of different lens and even using a eyepatch.

That IS true, but I don't personally consider it his best. Hunky Dory, Ziggy, and the Berlin trilogy are all above it in my book. Also Blackstar is fucking amazing, I've listened to it like 10 times over the weekend, and now that he's dead it's a whole different thing.
