Unless you're watching the supercut it doesn't really matter.
Good idea OP. I do this twice a month just to keep everything fresh. I do release order at the start of the month and timeline order at the end of the month. I've seen the first Captain America movie 171 times now.

Aside from Cap TFA and Agent Carter (and One-Shots), release order is timeline order.
Daredevil and Jessica Jones are a bit ambiguous, the only clue being they take place sometime after the Avengers. I'd watch Daredevil after SHIELD Season 1 and Jessica after SHIELD Season 2.
As for the comics, Marvel doesn't even really count those as canon, even contradicting First Vengeance in Winter Solider.
It's also still up in the air if Agent Carter the One-Shot is still canon, but the show hasn't contradicted it yet.

The only time SHIELD relies on you seeing the movies, the only time this matters is with Winter Solider. Age of Ultron didn't tie in and told you everything you needed to know in the show.
