Yeah and a typical game project can range from 1-3 years before release which is why I said that. For clownshoes I'd say they would need 3 years. It's completely possible that they were (and still) in negotiations with Marvel to renew the license this early due to that fact. Otherwise they'd get to 2018 and then get told get fucked to only leave Gaz in a bad place where they'd have to reskin everything unless Marvel owns what they make, which I doubt.

Not to add to the sky is falling, but this is definitely not a good sign for a declining game. The layoffs back in fall, and now this. Brevik may have left under his own volition, but if so, that is because he is fleeing a sinking ship.
I hope I am wrong but, the lack of 2016 announcements both for gameplay changes and heroes is concerning. I have a feeling we would be lucky to get 6 heroes this year. I also doubt that content will be better for this, and or quicker. Things will run as usual with less than half the heroes. And as it stands now most ppl only get on to play new heroes and large content updates.
Here is to hoping for a stronger year, though not off to a great start.

Well it'd be true to almost everything if you're using X for your thing. Disney wants to make sure all of their assets are doing well and not shitting up the idea they're using. They did that what was it like 3-4 months ago? They had a ton of artists and designers which they let go. Programmers on the other hand I don't believe they let any go considering it takes time to get them up to speed and ready to actually work on the game.
The way I see it, if they're not pushing another major piece of content in the next couple months then I'd panic. Danger Room wasn't that asset heavy and it shouldn't have taken all of the programmers to make. They don't need to repurpose them, they need to have a better vision on what to do next. I'm almost sure GGG has less employees and manage to push out far more often. Easy content are leagues which blows my mind Gaz hasn't done it.

Every other game mode is a boss rush, because it's only the boss who (can) give good loot. Here you have to clean waves of ennemy with fucktons of HP compared to literally everywhere else in the game, and the best loot they can drop are splinters every 8 minutes.

The problem with danger room is that it takes too fucking long. Before you could zip through by the skin of your teeth and be rewarded handsomely for completeing it.

As for Cross, I agree. someone wanted him to be the son to Hank Pym as Wasp was his daughter, with the split occuring when he didn't take things the way she did.
Ther big probelm was some screenwriter fucking that up and trying to make him evil McBadguy with some really odd points in the film. Also how he was becoming unstable because of the suit despite not wearing it at all.
I wish they had taken a bit of time to rework the script, movie would've been excellent had that been the case.

Why cant Gaz design good stuff to save their life ? I thought that people complaining about danger room bosses were just the usual shitter, but now that I played it litteraly every boss I get can oneshot me. And on character that can do red raid / onslaught while barely looking on my screen.

Last year there was a bug one patch that, instead of loading the usual screens for Fisk Tower, always loaded an interior shot with paper walls and samurai armor (i.e. Hand Tower). I believe Anon meant that it was possible they intended to make a Hand Tower terminal.
Doomsaw actually clarified what was up with that, though - it was part of the Skrull Invasion tech that shouldn't have shown up that patch. Perhaps there'll finally be new terminal(s) with Ch. 10.
