The title is really "Dawn of Justice", but I can see where adding "Batman" and "Superman" to the title is good. It gives everyone an easy premise, is quick to latch on to and adds name recognition. To the point that every time I wear my Batman logo shirt I typically get some form of "It's going to be cool!" or "He's not going to win!" comment from random strangers.
