Not gonna happen, Marvel is run by old manchildren nerds with petty grudges (Quesada and his cronies are a big reason why DC won't work with Marvel or do crossovers anymore) that were former readers at some point.
Brevoort has a list of characters he hates or can't stand and he mentions them a lot in his tumblr blog, and Rich Rider is one of them and the reason he gave was that Rich is very similar to Hal Jordan (another character he dislikes is Adam X).
Also Wacker is friends with Loeb and Bendis and he's the Marvel Cosmic Editor, so Rich is fucked for a long time unless someone at Disney or Perlmutter decides to do clean up or someone in the MCU (which is a seperate entity right now mainly because of Feige) takes an interest in doing a Nova movie with Rich.
