Who cares. Malekith was "MCU pandering" yet he was nothing like in the movie and was entertaining.
I like Lash so I'm glad to see that thanks to the TV show he'll get more exposure (as long as they don't alter his origin or motivations)

Lash didn't really get any development when he first appeared, he just popped up, killed an inhuman and then.... never seen again.

He actually had a couple of appearances and his motives and setup got shown in inhuman and he had a bunch of appearances for those inhumanity tie ins. He also came back for the last few chapters of inhuman. The thing is we know why he does what he does but not a lot about him.
