Why change anything? Just have it start up when the season ended. They had more than a handful of episodes in pre-production and recorded anyway. Even if they're not identical, that's some good started ground.

Revivals are not impossible in this day and age with enough fandom and press.
That said I do not know if I could get behind this getting a revival. I would love to have seen more, but if they changed the theme to this day and age it would lose its late 90's/early 2000's culture charm that it deeply grounded itself in.
