To start over and slow the pace way the fuck down and have more logical consistency in the writing and setting rather then rushing through everything.
Also stop using conventional ideas for framing, it is a web show, some episodes can be longer then others, some can be shorter, you don't need to have a set number of episodes a season, hell you don't even really need seasons.
More character development for the core cast, especially for RWBY.
Less focus on the metaplot and more focus on the characters.
