I think it's lazy. It's not particularly funny, ambitious, inventive, clever, well-written or well-animated. It also relies heavily on cliches.
I think there are scores of people, probably some on this board, who could make a better cartoon than WBB.

That being said, episodes where they interact with people a lot seem to be lower quality. They should stick to just the bears/Chloe/Charlie as cast for most episodes
