Please post the first cartoon (series not movie) that you can remember watching in your life.
Pic related for I.I think that is the most disappointing thing regarding The Splat for me, it's nothing but Nickelodeon originals when the Nickelodeon I remember is a mixture of originals, imports of other country's shows, and even reruns of shows from the 1960's (Anyone here remember how they used to show things like Flipper and The Monkees?And no not on Nick at Nite but, as part of the main Nickelodeon schedule. Wasn't THAT fucking weird?)
Probably Tintin, my mum had a bunch of tapes of the episodes. I think I saw every single episode.
Mine must have been Looney Tunes. My mom didn't want me watching most of the shows on Nick & CN, since she thought they were too stupid. With a couple of exceptions like Arthur, only Looney Tunes & classic Disney seemed to be good enough for her.

This sounds like my mom. Also, I didn't get to see the original Star Wars until I was 9 and I wasn't allowed to watch Empire and Jedi until I was 12 and even then my dad pretty much had to talk her into it. lol.

First show, I remember watching the Looney Tunes episode where Bugs had fought the Bull. I was in the hospital getting already done getting my crowns at age 3 or 4. In my hospital bed I saw a small TV hanging from the corner of the room. Bugs had the bull ran to him and it goes though the cape.
I don't remember shit from being young, but goddamn I remember smug-ass bugs.
I only remember that, even as a little kid. I knew that it was awful.
