I've been rewatching a lot of ATHF and I'd say it's had way many more good episodes than bad.

I don't think there was ever a "bad" episode of EEnE. Even the final season, considered weaker by some, is still great by most normal standards, especially with the excellent movie finale.

Not a animation, but Usagi Yojimbo has been consistently good its entire run.
Honestly its biggest flaw is that its too consistent. There aren't any real heights to it, every issue is pretty damn good but few of them are really fucking great
But at least none that I can remember are bad
