Tina did a far better job of holding onto a normal perspective of things going on around her - she always kept herself grounded with sensible responses. She truly was the only sane one among the four of them.
This is a contrast to Bugs in the sense that he -could- be pushed to the edge before behaving in a more stereotypical Bugs fashion, but it takes a lot more pushin' than in the past to get him there.
It's the degrees of differences between the four characters that makes the show work, but it does work for each in a different way:
1) Tina likes Daffy because despite the fact he's lazy and selfish, he's not really malicious about it. She's okay with Bugs because a) he's normally normal and b) he puts up with Daffy. She's okay with Lola as long as she doesn't take her out of her comfort zone too often.
2) Bugs likes Daffy for the same reason Tina does, but also because of a duty to try and keep him out of trouble. Bugs likes Lola because despite her wacky outlook on life she's a sweet girl and not unattractive. Bugs likes Tina because she's not insane, which makes her a rarity among his friends.
3) Daffy likes Bugs because he puts up with him. Daffy likes Tina because she puts up with him and is a cute girl who likes him as well. Daffy doesn't not like Lola because she usually doesn't bother him too much.
4) Lola likes Bugs because he's a nice guy (and she's a bit crazy). Lola Likes Tina because, hey, gal-pal for her! Lola likes Daffy because she doesn't know any better.

Space Jam Lola was nothing more but a dick tease for furry faggots. When they moved her character into the Looney Tunes Show expecting her to retain the same personality, they were sadly disappointed.

I was rewatching Space Jam the other day, and Lola was only in a grand total of four scenes:

>the standard romantic interest scene where Bugs rescues her
It wasn't that she's not Looney, it's that the character was completely useless. She never interacts with the other characters (who aren't Bugs), she rarely speaks during any other scene, and she never really factors into the basketball game in any major way. She was just a character who was completely disconnected from the rest of the film. Watching it now that I'm older, it's painfully obvious that she was added into a very late version of the script.
