Problem is, I can't make an executable for Windows, considering I'm using Linux, so I was wondering if someone would be willing to Install Golang (https://golang.org/), build the binary, and send me the exe for distribution.

They honestly are, when you already know what will happen it is boring.
You know the bad guy will try to hurt Saitama, the bad guy will fail to do this, then will get hit and lose.
It's following a formula, which is part of the satire, but also boring.
It's honestly the reason I don't watch a lot of Shonen is they do shit like that all the time where it follows a very basic easily predictable formula for the core component of the series. With OPM though, the fights are not the core of the series.
